The higher of the searches, the better the website is.
2. Look at the number of competitors. The best is high searches & low competition.
I have researched and selected great domain name, niche market & excellent keywords in these websites so... you just need to select whichever you are passionate about.
For all of the newbies, there are 2 approaches:
1. Start making money online from the niche market of your interest. Why? Isn't it easier to write about golf when you enjoy playing golf? Go where your passion is.
2. Follow where the money flows... learning how to make extra money becomes more and more popular in this current economic condition.
